Our standard MOQ is usually 50–100 pieces depending on the product, but we can often accommodate smaller trial orders and always offer samples before mass production. Contact us with your product and we will confirm the MOQ.
Yes. We strongly recommend samples before bulk production. Sample lead time is typically 5–10 days, and we provide free design mockups before you commit.
We support dye-sublimation, UV printing, screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving and more — depending on the product material and your design.
Production usually takes 10–20 working days after artwork approval and sample confirmation. Exact lead times depend on the product, quantity and printing method.
Yes, we ship worldwide. We can arrange express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight, and we prepare all export documents for you.
We typically require a 30% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. PayPal, bank transfer (T/T) and other common methods are available.
Absolutely. If you have an idea but no print-ready artwork, our design team can create mockups and prepare files for production — free for order clients.
Yes. Every order goes through a pre-shipment inspection, and we send you photos/report before dispatch. We also accept third-party inspection if you prefer.
