Personalize: Use an existing design and add customer details, such as a name, text, or image.

Pick a product, upload your artwork and choose the colour and size. The quantity is entered per size, so you can mix sizes in one order. Shipping is quoted live at checkout for your delivery address, and you pay on the site — no back-and-forth by email required.

At checkout we request a live rate from our carriers for your exact destination and parcel weight, and show you every available service with its price and estimated transit time. The rate you see is the rate you pay — there is no separate shipping quote step and no handling fee added afterwards.

Directly on the site — by card, or from your prepaid balance. You can top up your balance by card at any time and then pay instantly from it, which is faster and more reliable than a bank transfer. There is no deposit and no balance-before-shipment arrangement: payment is made once, at checkout.

Plain products (no printing) are dispatched in 24–48 hours. Custom-printed items need production time on top, and the estimated transit time for your chosen carrier is shown next to each shipping option at checkout, so you can see the total before you pay.
