This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on pod-sourcing.com, which is operated by
JIANGKAO TRADING CO., LIMITED (姜考商貿有限公司), a company registered in the
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Business Registration No. 80116398-000-04-26-1).
Refunds are issued by that company through the original payment method; all orders are governed by the
laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for products that are defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
2. Custom-Printed Goods
Because custom-printed products are produced to your specification, they are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or incorrect fulfillment (wrong product, wrong print, wrong size). Before production we always send a design mockup for your approval.

4. Refund Processing
Once a return/refund is approved, the refund is processed within 7 days of approval, and the credit typically appears on your original payment method or wallet balance within 7–15 days depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees are non-refundable except when we shipped the wrong item or the order was lost. Items damaged by the recipient or customs-returned items due to an incorrect address are not refundable.
