1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pod-Sourcing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Company
Pod-Sourcing is a brand operated by JIANGKAO TRADING CO., LIMITED (姜考商貿有限公司), a company registered in Hong Kong SAR (Business Registration No. 80116398-000-04-26-1), whose registered office is at RM 701, UNIT 108B, 7/F, Tower B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in mainland China ("we", "us", "our"). We provide custom-printed product sourcing services for international buyers.
3. Orders & Quotations
Prices, MOQs and lead times are confirmed in each quotation. An order is placed when you submit it through the Site and, where applicable, make payment. We may decline orders for reasons including but not limited to unavailable materials, IP concerns, or restricted destinations.
4. Customization & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for the designs, artwork and brand assets you submit. By submitting a design you warrant that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may refuse to produce items that appear to infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights.
5. Payment
Payment may be made by prepaid wallet balance or an online card payment through our payment partner. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include import duties unless a duty-paid (DDP) shipping option is selected at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please review our
Refund & Return Policy. Custom-printed goods are produced to your specification and are generally non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or incorrect fulfillment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
