This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on pod-sourcing.com, which is operated by
JIANGKAO TRADING CO., LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region (Business Registration No. 80116398-000-04-26-1). Goods are produced and
shipped from our warehouse in mainland China, and all orders are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
1. Order Processing Time
Ready-made (blank) products are processed within 1–2 working days. Custom-printed orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days as well — we print on demand and keep it quick. Only for very large bulk orders may production take longer; in that case we agree the timeline with you before production starts.
2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery time is counted from when your parcel is handed to the carrier:
- Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): approximately 5–10 working days
- International air / small-parcel line: approximately 10–20 working days
- Sea freight: approximately 30–45 days (bulk orders)
Exact transit times depend on the destination and the carrier's network.
3. Tracking
Most shipping methods include end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking number in your order status once your parcel ships. Some economy lines offer limited tracking.
4. Duties & Taxes
When you choose "Not included (DDU)" at checkout, the freight price does not include import duties or taxes — the recipient pays any duties/VAT charged at customs. When you choose "Included (DDP)", the freight price already includes the import duties for that destination. Most US parcels under the de-minimis threshold are duty-free.
5. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. Some carriers do not accept PO Boxes or certain remote territories.
