JIANGKAO TRADING CO., LIMITED is the merchant of record for every order placed on this website. Your contract of sale is with this entity, all payments are collected by or on behalf of this entity, and the charge on your card statement is shown under this name.

• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are processed by our payment service provider, Airwallex, over an encrypted (TLS) connection. We never see or store your full card number; it is entered directly into our payment provider's secure form.
• Account balance — you may top up your pod-sourcing.com account and pay for orders instantly from that balance. Balance top-ups are themselves card payments and are subject to the same processing terms.
• Bank transfer (T/T) — available for larger or bulk orders. We will issue a proforma invoice with our bank details; production begins once the transfer is received and confirmed.
• PayPal — available for eligible orders, where offered at checkout.

Payment methods actually offered are shown at checkout. We may add or remove a method at any time; removing one never affects orders already placed.

All prices on this website are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us, and we do not receive any part of it.

The amount charged is made up of:

• Product subtotal — blank product price plus printing cost, priced per piece by quantity tier;
• Freight — the shipping charge for your chosen carrier and service, including import duties only where you selected "Included (DDP)";
• Any optional services you choose, such as sampling or additional artwork work.

The full breakdown is shown on the checkout page before you pay, and again on your order page. Import duties are otherwise payable by the recipient at customs (DDU) — see our Shipping Policy.

We are a made-to-order business: production does not start until payment is received.

• Card payments are authorised and captured when you place the order.
• Balance payments are deducted immediately from your account balance.
• Bank transfers are recognised when the funds clear; we will hold the order until then.

A payment confirmation is emailed to the address on the order as soon as payment succeeds, and your order page always shows the current payment status. If you need a formal commercial invoice or a VAT/GST compliant document, email [email protected] with your order number.

If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no production starts — you may simply try another method. If a payment is later reversed or charged back, we may pause or cancel the associated order and recover any costs incurred; we will contact you first and give you the chance to pay by another method. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including any right you have to raise a genuine dispute with your bank.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method: card payments are refunded to the same card, balance payments to your account balance, and bank transfers by bank transfer to the account you paid from. We do not charge a fee for issuing a refund.

This Payment & Billing Policy, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it or with any order placed on this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The competent courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
