Heat transferA printed transfer is pressed onto the item with heat.Full-colour designs on fabric and selected blanks.Durability depends on the material; check the product page.
DTF (direct-to-film)The design is printed on film (with a white ink base when needed) and transferred with heat. Also called white-ink transfer.Detailed artwork on dark fabrics, cotton, polyester and blends.Good for small runs; check the garment and film type on the product page.
DTG (direct-to-garment)Ink is sprayed directly onto the fabric.Cotton garments and small batches.Usually best on 100% cotton; check the garment page.
SublimationHeat fuses the dye into a polyester or coated surface.Polyester apparel, mugs and coated blanks. No thick hand-feel; colours work best on light bases.
UV printingUV-cured ink is printed onto a flat or rigid surface.Acrylic, wood, phone cases and rigid blanks.Good for hard surfaces; check the product page.
Laser markingA laser marks the surface without ink.Labels, tags, leather, wood and small details.Permanent mark; the look depends on the material.
Laser CDR cuttingA laser cuts shapes from a vector file (CDR).Acrylic and wood shapes, custom outlines.Needs a vector file; not suitable for raster-only artwork.

How to choose a method

Start with the product: the material and surface decide which methods are possible. Then look at the artwork — fine detail, white ink on a dark base and vector cutting each point to a different process.

The product page lists the method used for that item. If you need a specific method, send the artwork and target product through the quote form and we will confirm before you pay.

Artwork files by method

  • For heat transfer, DTF (white-ink transfer), DTG and sublimation: PNG with a transparent background, at least 1,000 px on the long edge; vector SVG/PDF if available.
  • For laser CDR cutting: a vector file such as CDR, SVG or PDF with clean outlines.
  • For UV printing and laser marking: supply the highest-resolution file you have; the product page notes any surface limits.
  • We check the file before production and contact you if it needs adjusting.

What we confirm before production

We confirm the product, method, print area, colour and quantity before production. If you are unsure which method fits, order a sample first and check the finish yourself.

Plain products dispatch in 24–48 hours. Custom printing adds production time; shipping is quoted live at checkout.
