What’s the difference between Customize and Personalize?

Customize: Create a new product using a blank product and your own design. Once created, you can save the product link and reorder it anytime.Personalize: Use an existing design and add customer details, such as a name, text, or image. In short:Customize = Your DesignPersonalize = Customer Details

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single piece — every product is priced per unit and prints your design on demand. There is no setup fee and no minimum, so you can order one sample, check the quality, then come back for the bulk run.

How does ordering work?

Pick a product, upload your artwork and choose the colour and size. The quantity is entered per size, so you can mix sizes in one order. Shipping is quoted live at checkout for your delivery address, and you pay on the site — no back-and-forth by email required.

How is shipping calculated?

At checkout we request a live rate from our carriers for your exact destination and parcel weight, and show you every available service with its price and estimated transit time. The rate you see is the rate you pay — there is no separate shipping quote step and no handling fee added afterwards.

What is the difference between DDP and DDU?

DDP (included) means the freight already covers import duties and taxes — the price you pay is the landed price, and the parcel clears customs without the recipient paying anything. DDU (not included) is freight only: the recipient settles any import duties or VAT with customs directly. DDP is usually simpler for gifts shipped straight to a recipient; DDU often works out cheaper when you are importing in bulk for resale and can reclaim the duty.

Directly on the site — by card, or from your prepaid balance. You can top up your balance by card at any time and then pay instantly from it, which is faster and more reliable than a bank transfer. There is no deposit and no balance-before-shipment arrangement: payment is made once, at checkout.

How long does it take?

Plain products (no printing) are dispatched in 24–48 hours. Custom-printed items need production time on top, and the estimated transit time for your chosen carrier is shown next to each shipping option at checkout, so you can see the total before you pay.

Can I order a larger quantity, or get a better price?

Yes. Unit prices already drop as quantity rises, and the price for your exact quantity is shown on the product page. If you are ordering in volume or need something outside the standard options, request a quote on the order and a sourcing specialist will send you a tailored price — you review it and decide, with no obligation.

What if I am not happy with the quality?

Tell us through the order page. We can arrange a refund to your balance, and for anything that arrives damaged or off-spec we will reprint or refund it. Your order page keeps the whole history — messages, quotes and status — so nothing gets lost in an email thread.

Where do you ship from, and who are you?

Orders are produced and dispatched from our warehouse in Zhejiang, China — in the middle of the country's small-commodity manufacturing base. Pod-Sourcing is the custom-gift brand of JIANGKAO TRADING CO., LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong, which is the merchant of record for your order and your payment.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Once your parcel is booked you get a tracking number on your order page, and the tracking status updates there automatically as the carrier scans it.

A Christmas Eve Box with a Storybook Woodland Scene

This personalised wooden keepsake box turns the Christmas Eve tradition into something you can hold onto. Printed on the lid is a whimsical watercolour design of forest bears, little woodland creatures and Christmas trees, finished with a custom name so the box belongs to one person alone. It is a quiet, charming alternative to a paper gift bag, and it comes back out year after year.

What the artwork looks like in practice

The illustration wraps across the top of the box in soft watercolour tones, with bears and small woodland animals gathered among snowy pines. Because the design is printed directly onto the pine surface, the natural grain shows through the lighter areas, giving each box a slightly different character. The personalised name sits alongside the scene, making it clear whose Christmas Eve box this is.

Material and print areas

The box is made from Scots Pine wood (Pinus sylvestris), a warm, pale timber with a gentle grain. The decoration is applied using UV print or laser engraving, depending on the finish chosen. Two print areas are available: a 13 x 8 cm panel for a more contained design, or a full 15 x 10 cm print that covers the lid. The finished box measures 15 x 10 x 5.2 cm, a compact size that sits neatly on a shelf or bedside table.

Who this design suits

Parents and grandparents filling a Christmas Eve box with pyjamas, a book or a small toy
Anyone looking for a named keepsake for a child's first or favourite Christmas
Friends or family who want a thoughtful, personalised gift that is not another toy
Anyone who loves woodland animals and a traditional, storybook Christmas style

How it works as a gift

The box arrives ready to fill. Its secure latch keeps the lid closed, so small items stay put whether the box is being carried to a Christmas Eve gathering or stored away between seasons. After Christmas it works just as well as a memory box for first teeth, letters or small treasures, which means the personalised name stays useful long after the decorations come down. With a minimum order of one piece and a dispatch time of 24–48 hours, it is an easy choice for a last-minute personalised present.
