What’s the difference between Customize and Personalize?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single piece — every product is priced per unit and prints your design on demand. There is no setup fee and no minimum, so you can order one sample, check the quality, then come back for the bulk run.

How does ordering work?

Pick a product, upload your artwork and choose the colour and size. The quantity is entered per size, so you can mix sizes in one order. Shipping is quoted live at checkout for your delivery address, and you pay on the site — no back-and-forth by email required.

How is shipping calculated?

At checkout we request a live rate from our carriers for your exact destination and parcel weight, and show you every available service with its price and estimated transit time. The rate you see is the rate you pay — there is no separate shipping quote step and no handling fee added afterwards.

What is the difference between DDP and DDU?

DDP (included) means the freight already covers import duties and taxes — the price you pay is the landed price, and the parcel clears customs without the recipient paying anything. DDU (not included) is freight only: the recipient settles any import duties or VAT with customs directly. DDP is usually simpler for gifts shipped straight to a recipient; DDU often works out cheaper when you are importing in bulk for resale and can reclaim the duty.

Directly on the site — by card, or from your prepaid balance. You can top up your balance by card at any time and then pay instantly from it, which is faster and more reliable than a bank transfer. There is no deposit and no balance-before-shipment arrangement: payment is made once, at checkout.

How long does it take?

Plain products (no printing) are dispatched in 24–48 hours. Custom-printed items need production time on top, and the estimated transit time for your chosen carrier is shown next to each shipping option at checkout, so you can see the total before you pay.

Can I order a larger quantity, or get a better price?

Yes. Unit prices already drop as quantity rises, and the price for your exact quantity is shown on the product page. If you are ordering in volume or need something outside the standard options, request a quote on the order and a sourcing specialist will send you a tailored price — you review it and decide, with no obligation.

What if I am not happy with the quality?

Tell us through the order page. We can arrange a refund to your balance, and for anything that arrives damaged or off-spec we will reprint or refund it. Your order page keeps the whole history — messages, quotes and status — so nothing gets lost in an email thread.

Where do you ship from, and who are you?

Orders are produced and dispatched from our warehouse in Zhejiang, China — in the middle of the country's small-commodity manufacturing base. Pod-Sourcing is the custom-gift brand of JIANGKAO TRADING CO., LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong, which is the merchant of record for your order and your payment.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Once your parcel is booked you get a tracking number on your order page, and the tracking status updates there automatically as the carrier scans it.

We only need the country and postcode to quote live freight. You can add a full address at checkout.
