How the workflow works

Pick the product, upload the artwork and enter your customer's delivery address at checkout. We print the item and ship it directly to that address.

For repeat orders, send the product link, artwork and address details through the order chat or quote form. We will confirm the details and the delivery estimate before production.

White-label fulfilment

White-label orders are supported. Tell us what should be excluded from the parcel — for example, your own packing slip or a specific return address — and we will confirm what is possible for the destination before you pay.

If you need a consistent unboxing experience, order a sample first and check the packaging yourself.

Shipping, duties and tracking

Shipping is quoted live at checkout for the customer's exact address and parcel weight. Choose DDP (duties and taxes included) or DDU (freight only; the recipient settles duties).

Once the parcel is booked, the tracking number appears on the order page and updates as the carrier scans it.

Artwork and samples

• PNG with a transparent background, at least 1,000 px on the long edge.
• Vector files (SVG or PDF) are welcome if you have them.
• Order one sample first to check print quality and sizing before listing a new design.
• We check artwork before production and contact you if it needs adjusting.
